Ukraine is a member of the International Civil Aviation Organization ICAO European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation EUROCONTROL and the European Civil Aviation Conference ECAC because Ukraine must to develop its national aeronautical system in accordance with existing international and European programs.
Development of national air navigation system of Ukraine is performed considering the concept of a global world system CNS / ATM (Communication Navigation Surveillance, Air Traffic Management) program of harmonization and integration of European air traffic management systems EATCHIP and the concept of the Single European Sky SES and program SESAR (Single European Sky ATM Research).
